Every addition to a plaque or trophy in this huge display case is a level up of the public’s expectations of a prized journalist. Winning international and national awards for merely exposing news is such an ideal affair in life. Imagine getting famous and publicly acclaimed for doing something that you do not even seem to think of as a
‘j-o-b.’ In each ones toil, once the concept of the ‘job’ comes in, it imbibes the very sense of routine, and such has nothing to do with the dynamism of what I do best.

Some say it is odd that I am not listed with any international news outfit or organization, and I clearly respond to them with a polite shrug – freelance still works best for my lifestyle and the passion. Carpe Diem so they say, and off to the hot spot I go. Of course, there needs to be the best partners with the very mobile lifestyle I live. Thanks to the charter flight company colleagues have recommended, I do get to capture the moment as they happen.
