i didn’t like the exterior so much and the idea of an open bath! but the interior is AWESOME !!

  2. donnykash says:

the toilet is satans doorway to the house. this idea of open plan toilet is flipping crazy. going for a shit is supposed to be a private affair. what on earth would possess any one to…. forget it it’s flipping pointless.

mass minipulation. there… i said it. lol

  3. lilasoul says:

The only thing I never come to understand is why these people who have the possibilities and the chance to build their own house, end up to have such impersonal decoration for the inside??? Why these interiors have to all look they’re coming out of a catalogue U_U

  5. thisreddot says:

  7. MrStef21 says:

  8. op2910 says:

i’m glad kevin expresses his opinion on the houses, not just always saying he loves everything… there are a lot of things i like and dislike about this building, and i don’t think it looks very personal to the family, however, what i do love about it is that recycled glass floor!

  9. iggymanoneoone says:

It is masonry arc. Good design with among strength. Offcourse steel or wood supports can be as well…

  13. Edivision says:

elegant in it’s simplicity and empathy towards it’s surroundings. i love this house & love grand designs. although have you ever noticed how small kevin mcleod’s hands are? never trust a man with small hands!

  14. MaZEEZaM says:

Great looking house, everyone has such individual taste, i would love to have my own design built one day. Would be nice if people would upload the full ep though:S

  15. DudeArchitect says:

    great idea!

  16. Yorkiemitch says:

Lovely house but personally I don’t think it’s very “eco” building new homes on green land all the time, and evdery one seems to be a huge home for just 2 people!!! Ours is a conversion of a small house that was a falling down eyesore – we have to stop building new and start converting + live in smaller spaces.

  17. Applebaum says:

not sure about the toilet bedrooms but i like the arch

  18. Braaimaster123 says:

make it intom a water slide!

  19. DudeParallel says:

You see, i loved this design, but they wasted some really valuable space on the building.
Those sections at one side where the window is, that could have easily been a door that goes out to a nice sunbathing area, or generally just somewhere to enjoy the outdoors.

But still, such a fantastic building.

  20. christohopper1 says:

i think its very different and i guite like the arch overall i think its a very original idea and a one ofa kind type house

  21. jeesh123 says:

yeah its good for 2 people. atleast theres some that arnt feeling the pinch!

  22. TombRaiderFan9 says:

Woo! First comment! In my opinion, I’m not keen on the arc :L Apart from that good design :)
